Cauliflower Group Ltd value their close working relationship with their customers and aim at all times to produce the best possible product within an efficient timetable. With this in mind we have laid out below our terms and conditions for each of our main products covering all major aspects of our production process and customer service.

Published Garments Information
The garments and colour swatches shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the colours accurately this cannot always be an exact representation due to various limiting factors such as personal screen resolutions, graphic display quality and printer variations. The customer must accept responsibility that they are satisfied in their chosen colours before placing the order. We do hold a range of sample colour swatches please contact customer services if you require a colour sample.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and for guidance only. Please allow a tolerance of +/- 2cm.
All the garments shown on our website are subject to availability. We will inform you via email as soon as possible if the garments you have ordered are not available.
All graphical information is provided as a visual aid only and is not to scale.

One set of FREE amendments of this design
Any further corrections will be charged at £70 per hour / £35 for half an hour (rounded to the nearest half hour)
It is the responsibility of the customer to approve/sign off the Artwork Design before work commences. We provide Pdf Visuals of your Design along with a sign off sheet. Formal sign off of the Artwork Design must be received by email, verbal sign off is not acceptable.
Any errors found after the Artwork Design has been signed off are the responsibility of the Customer. We take no responsibility for spelling mistakes or nicknames used once the Artwork Design is signed off. Please make sure you are 100% happy with the order before you approve it.
No refunds will be made for garments returned due to mistakes in the Artwork Design that has been signed off by the customer.
Individual Design Layup
We can create a design just for you but a layup fee will apply. We charge a £10.00 layup for orders under 5 garments. Postage cost may apply.
Change of Order
Orders cannot be altered once production has started.
If your wish to change a colour or size of your garment after the order has been paid for a £10 handling charge will be incurred per garment.
If you wish to change your embroidery design/back print design after the lay up work has been completed a lay up fee may need to be charged.
Tweaks to the existing design and correction of spellings will not incur any additional lay up fee.
We try hard to avoid mistakes! Please check you are happy with your order as soon as it arrives and before you distribute the goods.
Ordered Colour and Size
Do not distribute Garments if you think there have been any errors in size and colour as it will be impossible to establish how the error has occurred without the return of the goods in question. (Errors often occur due to customers acquiring the wrong garment and leaving an incorrect sized/ colour garment for another customer).
Please phone our office to organise a return of all goods in question - we will not refund or reprint/embroider any goods if we cannot organise a return of the Garments in question.
We inspect all goods as they leave our site but occasionally you may notice something which we haven't. On receipt of your goods if you feel the manufactured garment is faulty then please notify us within 30 days (as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015 ) to let us know the nature of the problem - photographs of the issue would be useful but we may need to ask you to return the product so that we can assess the problem for ourselves.
If your garment has a confirmed manufacturing fault then we will refund you in full on receipt of the garment.
If you wish to keep the garment then we can offer you a £5.00 payment towards repair.
PLEASE NOTE - we will not refund or replace garments that have been damaged due to wear and tear or where care instructions have not been followed.
We will not replace or refund goods that have been used or damaged after delivery.
All washing and care instructions that are included with the garments must be strictly adhered to. We have test washed all product brands in house.
Recommended Care Instructions:
Wash inside out on a 30 degree wash and tumble dry inside out on a low heat.
DO NOT IRON
Your garment may present with a slight stiffness around the print area prior to the first wash - this will disappear after washing.
Cancellation of an order must be made in writing to Cauliflower Group Ltd. Any costs in full. Any garments that have been printed / embroidered will be charged in full.
Any additional garments ordered after the main order which require a back print will cost an additional £16.00 (£10.00 for screen and layup, £6.00 for the courier service).

Use of our Intellectual Property
We make available to you our ideas, designs and photographs for use in producing products using our services.
Cauliflower Group Ltd retains the rights to all wording, images and ideas and web content provided on our websites and linked sites for personal use by the customer.
Use of our content, (Words, Graphics, Photographs) for setting up a commercial business is prohibited and will be a breach of our copyright.
Use of third party Property by the Customer
Our projects are self editing and you as the user of this site must ensure any content they use for production of their gifts and or printed material has the correct permissions and do not break Copyright Law.
In line with the distant selling regulations the consumer has the right to return good they no longer wish to purchase as long as these gifts are not:
Made to Order
In addition your return must comply with the following:
Goods purchased on our site that do not fall into the above categories must be unused and returned in a condition that will allow us to resell the item.
Goods purchased on our site must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will not be made on your return costs.

Cauliflower Group Ltd trade with customers based within the UK, BFPO and Ireland only. Please contact our customer service team on 0800 043 2273 if you are looking at our services and you are based from another part of the world.
We use third party services of WorldPay or Stripe to provide secure card transaction services on our sites. Once you are transferred to their sites for payment we are not in control of the data entered and the security checks they make. These Companies have their own compliance for data security and processes and procedures which comply with current regulations.
Our prices include VAT. A VAT invoice is provided where required.
Colour differences between Screen and Print:
Between screen and printed products - images are brighter on screen as they are made by light rather than pigments.
Colour differences between Products:
A design printed on to different products may be printed using different print technologies including: Wide format Photo Printers, Digital Press, Sublimation Printing and DTG printing. This may result in changes in colour rendering between technologies.
Colour differences between Original Artwork and Print:
Please be aware there is likely to be a change between original artwork which has been scanned or photographed and a printed product as this will be a multistep process where colour clipping and rendering may occur with some colours at various stages in this process.
We do work on individual projects with the artist where colour matching is achieved through samples and digital manipulation to ensure accurate printing on the given medium - layup fee will apply.
Photo Image Quality
Poor quality - low resolution or poorly lit images - will provide disappointing results! You are responsible for the quality of images you upload - please see our image guide sections for help in choosing good images.
Artwork Reproduction Quality
For school groups projects it is important that Artwork Guidelines are adhered to in order we can reproduce artwork to the best possible standard. Using materials on our 'Do Not Use' List will result in poor quality representations.
Embroidery items font type and colour will match the product as advertised. If you change this in Cauliflowers creator we will still use the colour and font that is advertised on the original advertised design.
Many of our machines will not support unusual characters please check with our customer services if you wish to use special characters as we may be able to do a custom product service for you. We will not issue refunds for attempts at using non standard UK characters.
You are responsible for the wording on your products!
Miss spelt names and words on order forms and within our online interface is the customer's responsibility!
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure text is placed within permitted areas when using online applications.
For a customer using our Hoodies and T's site we will print the artwork that has been signed off! If you have agreed to the design and wording proof emailed to you then at this point any errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
