Ordering your hoodies with us couldn't be easier! We've streamlined the process to make it as easy as possible which we've outlined below in just 5 basic steps. All artwork and customisation is completed in house which allows us to keep tight control on quality and speed.

ordering & deadlines
There are 2 ordering methods:
1. Create an Organiser Order:
Collect the orders and payments from parents and then enter the details into the Organiser portal. Please remember to set a clear deadline for parents to return their orders and payments to you.
Once the artwork has been signed off, we will invoice you for payment.
We accept payment by:
• Cheque (payable to The Cauliflower Group Ltd)
• BACS
• Online card payment

How to place an organiser order - video guide:
2. Create a Parent Shop:
The Parent Shop is set up via your Organiser Portal. You can choose the garment type and options to offer to parents.
Once the shop is set up and a closing date is selected (up to 3 weeks from opening), we will send you a parent link to share. Parents can then access our secure online shop to place and pay for their orders directly. Please ensure parents are aware of the shop closing date!
Note: Discounts do not apply to Parent Shop orders.
hoodie design
The fun part! Work with a member of our design team to create your hoodies exactly the way you want them. Our design service includes one free design based on your design brief and one set of free amendments. We don't start production until we have sign off from you.
delivery
Sit back and relax! Your hard work is done.
If your school is closing early at the end of term (Scottish Schools / Private Schools) please ensure you have signed off your design in the time frame required.
If you are running late let our Customer Service Team know your deadline, we will see what we can do but can't guarantee a quicker turn around for your school.

Hoodies will be despatched to the school setting using Parcel Force - Express 24. We aim to complete all orders within 10 working days from sign off.
reorders
You can place additional orders of your hoodie, please phone the office on 01420 477 012. We wouldn't blame you, they look great!

There is a surcharge of £25 for orders of under 6 garments (includes postage & packaging)
Tip: If you have a small group who would like to reorder or send in late orders, then this will split the screen set up charge between you.
