We are looking to do this in the future, but not at the current time as our production is not set up for this.
This is a £1 discount on every leavers hoodie and applies if your order is placed, paid for and artwork signed off between January and the end of May. Organiser orders only, this offer excludes parent shop orders.
Yes, we can send you a sample hoodie for sizing however there is a £10.00 deposit refundable on return of the hoodie in ‘saleable condition’.
Any important information such as Name/Position will not be covered.
Once you are in the order system, you go to create Name List, select order by ticking the small box and a large dialogue box appears. Then tick "Do not include (name) within the group name in the back design". Then close the box. The name will not be included in the back design.
This will cost an extra £25.
Original Price of your hoodie plus:
£19.00 screen and layup cost
£6.00 courier charge
If 6+ hoodies are ordered which are to be posted back to the same address then the £25.00 set up and courier charge is absorbed with the order.
How do I place a Hoodie order?

There are two methods of ordering:
1. The organiser collects orders from parents and enters these in the Organiser Portal. We will invoice you after the artwork is signed off. Payment is required before the hoodies are shipped. An early bird discount of £1 off per garment will apply if your order is placed, paid for, and the artwork signed off between January and the end of May.
2. The organiser creates a “Parent Shop” online from the Organiser Portal. The organiser will have control of the ordering options available to parents. We will provide a parent link and login to the secure shop where parents can place orders and pay online. Please note that discounts do not apply to parent shop orders.
Once you have signed off the artwork this is what will be printed/ embroidered.
If you have received your order and we have made a mistake in production (e.g. wrong colour/size) then we will either redo the work or refund as appropriate. (Incorrect goods will usually need to be returned so that we can review the error)
If you have received your order and you realise you have made a mistake we can work with you to resolve the situation for the pupil/pupils involved, however costs and postage will be charged for replacement garments. Please call the office so we can see how we can best help.
No refunds will be made for garments returned due to mistakes in the Artwork Design that has been signed off by the customer. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
If your garment order has not yet been signed off, we can unlock your order and an additional name can be added by the organiser.
If your artwork has been signed off and the order has already been passed to the Production team it will be too late to change your order.

No, however for orders of Hoodies under 6 and Polo/T-Shirts under 10, there will be an additional set up fee and courier charge of £25.00 per order.
Shipping is free on orders of 6 or more garments.
The order will take 10 working days from the sign off of the Artwork.
Only 1 promotion may be used per Hoodie Order.
Yes, we can look into ordering other colours or sizes, please contact the office for advice.
This can be clearly seen as an image if you go to our enquiry form and put a tick next to these on the form.
These are shown in Upper/Lower case, depending on how the letters are entered on the ordering system.
We can embroider logos up to 8cm x 8cm (excluding text).
You may have up to 12 colours in the logo
We will require a vector eps or high quality jpeg. A photograph of an existing embroidered logo is also useful to get a good match.
Yes you will receive a photo of the embroidered logo from the artwork department. We test the embroidery design before it goes into production.
Yes this is possible please contact customer services with your requirements - this is best done by email so that our graphics team can consider your request. office@cauliflowergroup.co.uk
After we have received your order it goes straight to the artwork department who will start work on the design you have chosen. We will work with you to suggest the best layout for your text and amend any corrections you spot. However, if your design includes group names/nicknames and you decide to change the type of design this will incur a £10 design charge.
