• What happens if I spot a mistake after placing an order?

    • Once you have signed off the artwork this is what will be printed/ embroidered.
    • If you contact us before we have started the personalisation production we should be able to help correct an artwork or ordering mistake but this will delay the completion of your order.
    • If you have received your order and we have made a mistake in production (eg wrong colour/size) then we will either redo the work or refund as appropriate. (Incorrect goods will usually need to be returned so that we can review the error)
    • If you have received your order and you realise you have made a mistake we can work with you to resolve the situation for the pupil/pupils involved, however costs and postage will be charged for replacement garments. Please call the office so we can see how we can best help.

  • Reordering

    You can place additional orders of your hoodie but this is best organised by you hoodie organiser. If you wish to make an individual reorder please phone the office. Postage/packaging charges will be added.
